Mission conference 🤑🤘

 This week was solid.

I woke up Monday feeling sick but I could tell it was just my stupid seasonal cold I have gotten my whole life but because I got a Priesthood Blessing I felt better quicker than I ever have with it! 

We drove into Bismarck to drop off Elder Avila who is going to Mexico for his original assignment and so we booled with the APs for two days and they also live with another set of missionaries and I went with them for a couple of lessons.

Then we had our mission conference which I was praying so hard I would feel better in time for (and I had tested negative for COVID) and it was so legit! We had Elder Gifford Nielson and Elder Sikehema come visit us. They are great and definitely know how to captivate and inspire a group of people. They also both played in the NFL so that is cool.

Then after we drove back I got to talk to this kid who was out riding his BMX bike and to be honest the bike was kinda cheeks and the crank had issues but I was able to whip a 180 on flat still but I couldn't roll out of it. We don't need to focus on that part though.

Elder Sikehema talked about how he shares what the Book of Mormon is all about in less than a minute. He shared the scripture 2 Nephi 25: 26 which says "And we talk of Christ, we rejoice in Christ, we preach of Christ, we prophesy of Christ, and we write according to our prophecies, that our children may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins". Sums it up pretty good! The Book of Mormon talks all about Jesus Christ and how he can help you have JOY! If you are lacking in true Joy hmu I'll help you find it!!

Taco ganging

 Hey everyone! I was transferred this week to Williston North Dakota so that's pretty cool. It seems to be that I go to a dead area, we get the ball rolling, and then I get transferred out to another dead area so that is fun haha.

One of the people we were meeting with we put on date for Baptism this last week! She was not interested at all but we were able to start teaching her after we gave her a blessing, and after that it was so cool watching the gospel bring that family together and help them have peace through the hard times they were going through. They are 100 times happier now that they have been going to church and have the gospel in there family. It was amazing to watch all of this happen and to see the joy in their eyes. Just as Jesus Christ has brought this family together I promise you he can bring yours together too!

We did a dope hype called little devils tower up in tha Black Hills in Custer Park. We whipped the mini van up there with all the boiz in it and on the way down on this super tight windy road we left the power doors open while we were mobbing and it was so dope. Up until the Sisters that were a bit behind us saw and got mad dang it.

Been in a Trio this last week before one of my comps heads to his original assignment in Mexico. It has been so so so fun. Our apartment has a gym in it too so PLEASE expect me to get freaking huge. We also have a 2021 Tayota Tacoma SR5 and it is dope gotta love that.

Cuppa hikes

 Haven't emailed in a few weeks wild.

But anyways the work has been popping off here in Belle Fourche South Dakota that is for sure. Been living it up.

We have been teaching lots of new people about Jesus Christ and about how his restored gospel on the earth can bring everlasting happiness to each of our lives it is the best!!

Here we have the Black Hills of course and they are legit! The thing about em is every hike we do is in the canyon and that literally means you are gonna be hiking straight up the side of a cliff but it makes for some great pictures that our moms don't like!

There was this one dude who we helped out at a food drive once and he had 2 12 inch speakers in the trunk when we loaded his food up. Anyways I spotted his car once when we were driving to an appointment and we got out and started talking to this dude about his speakers and stuff and he had a knob where he could turn the bass up and stuff but dang you could feel those things it was the best. 

Anyways I can't think of too much else right now but everyone have an amazing week!
