Pre thanksgiving

Well it has been a few weeks!

We have been seeing a lot of cool things and success in the work here recently. We have been able to find new people to teach about Jesus Christ and his Gospel on the earth which is always the best.

We had Zone Conference and it was a great time and experience. It is always the best when we get together with tons of missionaries to improve ourselves as missionaries and make ourselves the best people we can be!

We had Zone Pday today which was dope! Everyone came into Williston and we had a huge Turkey Bowl game with all of the Elders since we are an all Elder Zone. So there was like 26 of us on this field playing and it was like 20-30 degrees and it went hard. Atleast for the first play it did but then I caught the ball and then was tripped by someone and on the way down it popped my ankle and so basically I sprained it and had to sit out for the rest of the game. What a strategy, take me out before they got the score run up on em.

Then we all went bowling together which was fun. I did better without the bumpers then I would have thought and got a few strikes but if I have to watch another ball go into the gutter I might lose my mind ðŸ˜‚

Then we all went and had a massive thanksgiving feast with everything you can imagine. The senior couples helped us throw it together and it was so dope and after that we went and watched the polar Express together since our mission president gave us permission to for the day at a members shop on his golf simulator screen so that was a fun time.

Everything that we teach out here to people revolves around JOY!! Real joy that comes from Jesus Christ and not from temporal things that give a small spurt of happiness or fun but JOY that never dies!! Living by Jesus Christ's teachings always has brought me joy and it can and will do the same for you so if you want a lil bit of that joy let me know and we can talk a little bit sometime.

Love you all and happy Thanksgiving!

Temple Time

 Great week this week!

So Halloween was this week so we went to a members house for dinner and we had spaghetti right no big deal! Till they made it one! It tasted aight but guess what they decided to go all in and die the noodles Black and so it looked wild. All of little kids were like making puke noises while eating and stuff it was so hilarious. They also died the eggs red so it looked like brains. It tastes good but it was deceptive and real trippy. Also real trippy is the fact that their son is like the size of a 6 year old but is 2 and a half years old and pretty much is boss (monster) baby and runs the house.

We were also able to go onto Bismarck this week for the Temple!! Yessahhh 2nd time so that was legit. Gotta love it the Temple is the best. If you dont know what a temple is HIT ME UP I will explain more

Then the next day we had a meeting in Bismarck with some missionaries and the mission presidency so that was a fun time. Issue was the fire alarm kept going off so the fire department pulled up suited and booted just to turn the dang thing off.

We also have an all Elder Zone so you best know that is gonna be a party. 26 Elders means you dont have to worry about anyone simping and we get to have a good timeeee (jk sisters are cool sometimes too especially all my friends that are Sister Missionaries rn)

I was able to go into Minot (my very first area) this week and it was so wild. Pretty nostalgic seeing some of the members there and going in my first apartment weird stuff, felt like a dream lowkey. But a big part of the reason I was there was to give my friend Casey that I have been working with for all 9 months of my mission a blessing. I was able to finally meet him in person for the first time and it was amazing!! After the blessing his first words were "I feel like I can fly! This warm tingly fuzzy feeling" he has some serious liver damage and is finally over his drinking problem he had in the past couple months and is trying to recover so pray he can get a transplant!!

Love you all send an email fr fr
