The past few weeks have been amazing!
They have been non stop the whole time and that is truly what makes me happy.
The work in Rapid City has been amazing and I have had the opportunity to meet some people who are ready to make changes in their lives so that they can have the blessings and happiness that comes from the gospel. One family we have been working with is the Pedersons. They live in Sturgis and the dad (Ryan) was a member growing up but did some prison time for a while. We dropped by unexpectedly and he has had some signs in his life recently that have shown him that he needs to be back at church and that he wants it for his family as well. We met with them and put his family on date for Baptism! They came to church and knew it was the place they needed to be.
My Sister in Law Ashley was in the area for a family reunion and came and visited me! It was so dope to see them.
I got transferred up to Bismarck on Friday and the work is going real well here too and I am liking it!
Our friend whose name is literally Joseph Smith got baptized this week too! Like come on now his name is JOSEPH SMITH!
It's not everyday you hear of a missionary baptizing Joseph Smith on their mission.
